Hi, for the last month i am hearing a feeling a squishy low rushing pulsing in my right ear, always there but can be louder and stronger at times?

Pusling rush in ears: Pulsing sounds and sensations in the ear are more than likely a result of turbulent blood flow through the blood vessels that surrond the inner ear. Increasing blood flow thru activities can make the sounds more prominent. An ear exam and hearing test can be a good first to start. Usually these sensations are a result of a benign condition.
