Depends on dose & pe: The amount of heart rate lowering depends on the dose and how the individual reacts to that dose. For some, the low dose is sufficient to put the resting heart rate all the way back to 60 bpm (or even 50 bpm); for others, it's a dose-dependent phenomenon: the higher the dose, the lower the resting heart rate. What's appropriate depends on the doctor prescribing the med. TTYD or cardiologist soon.
