How to determine the maximum heart rate when i use beta blockers? i'm 27 yo, on zebeta (bisoprolol) 5 mg once a day and just starting my cardio training/ exercise.

Exercise: Exercise to sweat and mildly heavy breathing. On beta blockers the rate can't be estimated for exercise.
