Colonoscopy 6 months ago- clear no abnormalities. stool still abnormal - sometimes really thin, sometimes blood streaked?

Internal hemorrhoids: Colonoscopy can mix issues in the distal rectum. You might have internal hemorrhoids so I suggest a simple sigmoidoscopy or even proctoscopy to assure there in nothing going on lower down.
