No: Most beta blockers cause hair loss. You can check with your doctor, or pharmacist--perhaps some cause less than others. It may be that the stress of post partum cardiomyopathy is contributing to your hair loss, not just the beta blocker. Also thyroid hormone abnormalities can cause hair loss and affect cardiac function.
