Not sure what you: mean by K2 -- K2 is an illegal drug that is synthetic marijuana. Do you mean Potassium (K) or vitamin K? You don't need vitamin K unless you don't eat any green leafy vegetables at all for a very long time. And even with Vitamin D you need sunshine on your skin to manufacture the stuff needed for your bones. Thanks for trusting HealthTap.
