Very unlikely: There are no reasons to believe that Lexapro (escitalopram) is causing testicular pain as a side effect. Most likely, if you have a pain which has started recently, you may consult a doctor for such reason. Maybe some anti-inflammatory medication (Tylenol, Motrin, Advil, etc) would help to reduce the pain. Still, if this pain persists, please make a consultation to discover the cause.
