Doctor prescribed cyproheptadine in conjunction with my lexapro (escitalopram) for migraines. will i be okay to take these both at bedtime? 4mg cypro, 10mg lex.

Cyproheptadine: Periactin does interact with Lexapro (escitalopram) and may decrease the efficacy of Lexapro (escitalopram) when taken together. Perhaps a different antihistamine might be be better option - such as Allegra. Hope that helps!
