5 days cephalexen for uti 500 2x a day. today 4th day feeling mostly better but i still burn when i accidentally hold my bladder, no time else normal?

If you still have: UTI symptoms (burning on urination, frequent urination, inability to hold/ incontinence, foul odor etc) then you probably still have infection and the cephalexin is not enough to treat. Return to the healthcare provider to inquire about possibility of continuing infection. Pain/burning sensation can remain a few days to a week after the infection has cleared though.
