See a urologist: In a male of your age, the lead considerations would be prostate infection (prostatitis) or an std. If std is a possibility, you should be tested for that. A rectal exam would help to identify prostatitis as well. If neither of those are found, you may need a special test to look inside the bladder. Blood work for the fatigue might also be helpful.
