Other causes: The burning suggests some inflammation of the urethra. Since your tests are negative, this suggests it is not infection. Try eliminating any contact irritants that may be the cause (different soap, laundry detergent, feminine pads, feminine wipes) and see if that helps. Usually it's best to eliminate just one at a time to try to peg down the culprit.
