Single small hypo echoic irregular margin solid sol of size 16.4 mm x 29.2 mm in right breast at 8 o'clock position.i m 18yrs old.would it be cancer?

? fibroadenoma: Maslignant lesions of the breast in someone under 20 years of age rare unless there is a familial history. Lesion approx. 1.5 x 3 cm not that small. Most common lesion at your age is fibroadenoma but they usually have smooth margins. They can however begin growing and present as giant fibroadenomas. If there is any question, best approach is sonographic needle bx.
