Probable cysts: Presence of lesions in both breasts more indicative of associated fibrocystic process than Ca. Tenderness usually associated with cystic swelling causing pressure in the duct system in which the cyst is developing. Here process involves both breasts. This is especially true with hormone changes during menstruation. Mammo/sono can resolve the dx and if cysts, aspiration will resolve symptoms
