I have breast cancer idc her- er+ 100% pr+90% on anastrozole 3 months. tumor 29x23x23 round solid mass then at 3 month 24x18x18mm now irregular solid mass. why would it be irregular now and is anastrozole working?

When the tumor shrinks the border should become irregular. Furthermore, most malignant lesion has irregular border anyway. The tumor gets smaller after three months of anastrozole so you seem responsive to the endocrine therapy but you have to discuss with your oncologist for further detail and plan.
