One mean Ingrown.: At your age, more than likely you have a heavily infected ingrown toenail. The best thing to do is see a specialist who treats this problem on a routine basis. Prolonging medical treatment can lead to some serious complications, including a bone infection. An experienced foot specialist would be my recommendation at this point.
