See ur doc: There are many questions that need to be looked into. How is she during daytime? Completely normal?Active? Any temperature? Any headaches with vomiting? She needs to be examined and then determined , with tests if necessary , as to the cause of night time nausea / vomiting.

Your child: needs to see her Pediatrician. "Dry Heaves" are NOT normal in children and may be the signs of a number of Childhood infections and disorders! Make that Appointment..NOW! Hope this helps.. Dr Z
