Emesis: How many meals or hours has it been? Fever? Abdominal pain? Diarrhea? Blood or bile in vomit?Give her a break and try to keep her hydrated, use ice chips to see if she can tolerate food. Gradually advance her to a glass of water, if she can keep that down start feeding her. If a prolonged =immediate medical attention and full exam, dehydration and acid base disorders are a danger. Good luck.
