Not likely, but: You should contact your OBGYN to discuss it. Often DVT has no symptom, but it can cause soreness, cramping in calf or other sensations. Sharp and thigh sound like muscle/nerve irritation - psoas or piriformis, etc. Call to ask and perhaps visit for exam. Don't worry, but check it out. Best!
