My doc did a physical exam of my leg for dvt said there isn't no swelling or redness. should i still be worried? my leg still aches.

Probably not.: There are many causes for leg pain, like muscle aches, strains etc. If there is no swelling and redness and you have been examined and had imaging of your leg with an ultrasound or even a CT and if these are negative for a DVT, then you probably don't need to worry.
