Conclusive: The 4th generation tests (for both HIV antibody and p24 antigen, therefore also called duo or combo tests) are considered completely reliable 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. Those recommending later testing either are behind the times or are being extremely conservative, in case of a lab error with the 4th gen test.
