Careful about reports of condom effectiveness. People who say condoms are their main HIV prevention method have about 70 lower HIV infection frequency. It includes wrong reporting (intentional untruth, poor memory, etc), misunderstanding of when and how they were infected, misused or broken condoms, etc. For any single exposure, a carefully and properly used condom is almost 100% effective.
