Tendon surgery: This is a question best answered by your surgeon. The answer really depends on adjunctive procedures being preformed in addition to which tendon is released.

Which Pain.: Are you talking about the already existing pain near your big toe? Or, are you talking about the post operative pain, that you may acquire, from the tendon release surgery? I'm not sure if they are related or not.
