I had torn my perineal tendon and had it repaired and my big toe joint feels jammed. it has felt this way since the surgery.i feel it's going to snap?

Cast problems?: Was your cast properly changed 1-2 weeks for several weeks after repair? Sometimes the casting after a procedure can limit rom and the disuse can lead to weakness, or the cast could have been improperly modeled around your great toe joint (your toe should have been allowed to move). It's unlikely anything during surgery could have affected the joint or the tendon to the toe.
