I would: See a foot doctor. The question is are the lumps or bumps really on the tendon or in the subcutaneous tissues.....either way you should be examined, much easier to make a diagnosis like that in person... Possible ganglionic cyst is an example without seeing you but if I saw your foot inperson I would know right away if that's what you had.
