Drum intact?Water OK: If the drum is intact (and it sounds like it is) you need not worry about water in the shower. Dry your ears afterwards, but do not stick anything into the ear. When the eardrum is perforated (broken), then you need to avoid getting water inside the ear. That said, if the antibiotics you are taking are drops, then water in the ear will dilute them, and you will not want to do that.
