Sure: Zolpidem ( Ambien) and diphenhydramine ( Benadryl) act on different receptors in the brain and it would not be to much medication if you took it 3 hours before. Please remember that you need to give yourself 8 hours after these to sleep. otherwise you might be drowsy the next day
