You may have: kyphosis or scoliosis, depending on the angle of the curve. Either is an abnormal curvature of the vertebral spine column that will worsen with time and wear/tear. MRI is helpful but you need an orthopedic evaluation to be sure you can get proper physical therapy and or surgical intervention.
