Trigeminal Neuralgia: This could be trigeminal neuralgia if it involves the middle third of your face and feels like an electric shock that can be triggered by touching certain areas of the face. Otherwise it could be inflammation or a local infection. It would be wise to see a doctor and make sure its not a trigeminal neuralgia. Hard to say what else it could be without more details and an exam.
