Poor Asthma Control: Given poor control with no improvement I would recommend seeing asthma doctor to re-evaluate treatment plan. You likely need to step-up asthma therapy with more potent daily controller therapy. If you are just taking Singulair (montelukast) 10mg daily then you likely need to add a daily corticosteroid inhaler. Make sure allergies aren't contributing and treat these as well if they are. Go to ER if really bad.
