Good multivitamin: A complete multivitamin (flinstones or similar) should suffice. Megadoses are not necessary.

Green leafy veggies: Vitamin C is important for her, especially in light of the conditions she has and the medications she is on. Some of the most nutritious foods for her would include green leafy vegetables such as kale, collards, spinach and parsley. The addition of a high quality multi-vitamin from whole foods and high quality Omega- 3 fish oils would also be a great addition.
