See doctor: Laughter can definitely trigger asthma. She needs to be evaluated for this as the doctor may find other triggers. After examination she may also need lung function tests which may reveal bronchospasms and bronchoconstruction. The doctor may decide to give her rescue medications like albuterol inhaler or she may require preventative medications like montelukast orally and /or budesonide inhaler.
