How symptomatic is someone with mild global hypokinesis of left ventricle?

Heart failure: Mild global hypokinesis refers to heart function where higher is better. Less than 50% is typically referred to as heart failure. However, there might be no symptoms noted especially if patient is sedentary. We traditionally use New York Heart Association classification to describe heart failure. Mild: Generally if the patient is otherwise healthy decisions would be mild. If the patient had significant other illnesses like uncontrolled diabetes uncontrolled lung disease obesity and even mild global hypokinesis can be very symptomatic
