Hypokinesis / HF: The heart is divided in multiple segments. Ex. Anterior, Posterior, Lateral, etc Your segments can by hypokinetic, dyskinetic, akinetic. If a segment is hypokinetic it does not contact fully. Akinetic, does not move. So this info I assume comes from echocardiogram report.
