Stay local: If you have problems after placement then your travel expenses may eat up your savings A local dentist won't touch implants they didn't place I am in Florida and have had patients go to Central and South America for cheaper implant fees and return with problems. Stay local

Check follow-up : Before you venture across the northern border be sure there is someone local to you that is willing to provide follow-up procedures/tx as needed. That is, unless you want to go back to Canada for this. Many offices will not tx patients' implants done elsewhere, particularly outside our borders. See a Prosthodontist for evaluation.
