Dental Implants: Dental implant surgery is usually very successful. It is unfortunate that you had such a terrible experience. You may or may not have an infection... it just may be that your body is/has rejected the implants. Your treating surgeon knows for sure what the surgery entailed and why you've had these difficulties.
