Yes/No/days: Yes it can, no great remedy, but anbesol (or similar) can help if painful, and should go away in 2-5 days. If persists, should see dentist.

No remedy!: A burn will heal quickly in the mouth. But if you burn your palate or gums, viscous xylocaine (lidocaine) rubbed on will eradicate pain quickly! make sure they are not herpetic!

Gum blisters: Yes, burning your gums with hot water can cause blisters on the gums. This is a sign of at least a second degree burn, possibly even third degree. However, they probably won't last long as the oral mucosa heals very quickly. In the meantime, avoid hard foods, be careful with brushing the area, and use a mild antiseptic or antibacterial mouthwash to prevent infection. See your dentist if they persi.

Yes, none, varies: Any burn can cause blisters. Unless extreme pain lingers or things get worse, it is best to just let things heal on their own. I would avoid eating hot, spicy and acidic foods as they will just irritate the area and sting. Some patients get relief with salt water rinses which also acts as a mild antiseptic. Everyone heals differently & it depends upon the extent of the burn. Feel better soon.
