Painless bumps: The painless bumps may be normal bone contours or exostosis which are a benign and a variant of normal bone anatomy. Urine is normally yellow but varies in color depending upon what you eat. See your dentist for dental questions and speak to your own physician regarding medical ones. Always best to be safe than sorry.
