Need diagnosis: The first step is to confirm the diagnosis. If you are referring to bacterial vaginosis this should not be painful. Bacterial infections like PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) can be very painful. Before treatment can be recommended a diagnosis must be made. I see you live in Plano.
