Options: Excedrin is not the best choice for pregnant women as it contains aspirin. Sometimes Aspirin is prescribed during pregnancy for specific conditions so a one time use is not a cause for concern. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the safest choice for headaches in pregnancy. Local pharmacist can always tell you which medications are safe to be crushed. Your doctor can prescribe many medications in liquid form.
