I assume you're asking on behalf of someone else. Excedrin contains aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. It's probably okay to use Excedrin sparingly during the third trimester, but it would be prudent to avoid anything that contains aspirin and/or caffeine throughout the pregnancy. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is OK.
