Not a good idea: Nsaid's in general can cause changes in the fetal circulation that can lead problems (closes the ductus arterios). This can be benefical after delivery to close the d.A. But is detrimental before delivery. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok, basically but you need to check with your OB for specifics.
