Not Recommended: I would avoid excedrin as the medication contains Aspirin which should be avoided in pregnancy, especially with headaches occur so frequently. Best to discuss with your doctor..

Not recommended: A new study may link Acetaminophen (tylenol) which is in excedrin as a possible cause of autism. It is best to take the least amount of medications possible during pregnancy. Try ice or heat to the neck and head and stretches. May be muscle tension headaches.Follow up with your doctor.

Do other relaxing: Things, that can take the tension out of your body. In non pregnant cases, they often say that headache can be the sign of slight dehydration, or hormonal shifts. So, make sure you are well hydrated, as you're supporting two systems now, you and your baby!maybe inhaling pleasant essential oils like lavender, or light scents can relax you. Agree with the other dr. Less is more! even a cool compress.

Not really: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is preferred. Early in the pregnancy it probably would not hurt you or baby but is not recommended that you take it.
