Exercise: We encourage any exercise, but to see effects in weight or muscle strength, exercise needs to be consistent, steady and regular. Measures of improvement could be weight, strength, body circumference measurements, percentage body fat, endurance. Working out 10 minutes every day for three years should show some benefits.
