Determine Cause: Important to determine etiology so that best treatment course can be provided. Do you have allergic or non-allergic rhinitis or a combination of both. If you have allergies have you tried starting allergy shots? Daily medicated nasal sprays are key, there are various types that you should try including steroid, antihistamine, and anticholinergic sprays alone or in combination.
