Since 2 days ago, dull pain behind/below the ear 10 to 15 times/day. had sinusitis infection clrd 4wks ago & nomore phlgm from sinus. but when clear my throt, in spit i see very tiny phlgm (1/8 in d) ?

See a doctor: It may be ear infection. Important to make sure that you do not have mastoid bone infection which if left untreated ca be dangerous

Eustachian tube dysf: The ear ache is due to blockage of eustachian tube. The pressures between you ear and back of nasal passage is blocked. Some decongestants may help and saline nasal sprays. The phlegm is just the drainage that is still coming through. Your infections may be cleared but the drainage may persist.
