Could be very nasty: You present with a history of extreme back pain and a blood picture of immature blood cells. This argues for your marrow pushing out new cells. You need to see a hematologist right away to find out what's happening inside your marrow. I fear you may have a bad diagnosis ahead but you need a good work up.
