A 40-year-old female asked:
Recent(2 in 6 mths)cbc results show, low mchc(31.4) and low mpv(8.7), low gran #% & neu% and high eos%. sym: fatigue, joint inflammation, ab vaginal spotting and bruise easily (pants seam left bruise on leg). pcp not concerned, should i get 2nd op?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided all the results, not high and low. If you are not satisfied with your doctor, it is appropriate to get a second opinion.
