A little snip?: Somebody is going to snip a bit of the frenulum between the upper lip and gums? Is the frenulum causing a problem? Snipping it sounds easier than... than getting numbed up to fill a dental cavity. Doubt any older child or any adult would be asleep for something like that. One can ask the doctor doing the procedure for the details.
