This condition is...: called dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It's usually caused by a hormone imbalance: too much estrogen and too little progesterone. This imbalance occurs if your ovarian follicles produce estrogen but don't release an egg, & don't produce progesterone. The result is heavy build up & constant breakdown of the uterine lining. Please talk to your Gyno about treatment for this condition.
