Probably as long as:: He'll be fine unless they contain a lot of iron. Unfortunately Target doesn't state the ingredients on their website. Doses of iron of 10 mg per pound can be toxic and 30 mg per pound VERY dangerous. Half a bottle is nearly 100 tablets. If he weighs 30 pounds and the amount of iron is under 3 mg per tablet he'll be fine. But kids think they're candy so they should be where he can't get to them.
